When you submit a demo or contact form we collect your name, work email, company, phone number, team size, city and any message you write. If analytics is enabled we also collect standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, via Google Analytics.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and provide information about Aiden HR. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Customer data inside the platform
Employee data processed inside Aiden HR belongs to the customer. Each tenant is isolated in its own database schema, and access is controlled by role and branch. We process it only to provide the service.
